Each couple sets up a weekly time to meet with Dr. Knowles for a telehealth session (60ish minutes each wiht some homework assignments). Health insurance may be attempted if we are in your network. Please email for details. $125 per session if private pay.

Two or more couples get together to share the cost and improve the discussions. Maximum 3 couples per group. We keep a list of interested couples running, so we can contact folks as groups pop-up. Or you can create your own group of wedding planning buddies. ($650/each couple for 2 couples, $450/each couple for 3 couples). Insurance cannot be used.

This year that with be on Valentines Day weekend 2026 (February 13-14th). Travel and accommodations are up to the couples entirely (although Amber and Dr. Knowles are happy to advise and give their favorites). Workshop meetings will be hosted for 4 hours on Friday and Saturday in San Juan, PR.  A pre-trip meeting will be arranged with each couple individually to assign readings and meet with Dr. Knowles via telehealth before the trip. The workshop is capped at 6 couples and costs $500 per couple. We love this option because even great couples 'tiff' in airport security (and IKEA, LOL). The addition of travel stress and individual sight seeing and romance expectations adds to the subject matter in real time. This options is also open to already married or not engaged folks. Its a workshow about haveing the best damn relationship possible. And we love the idea of offering it in the most welcoming place we know, Puerto Rico.
